Following the initial visit and prescription (which was very enthusiastic), no assistance was given to adjust the primary medication required even though classic symptoms were named and follow up requested by me. In addition, my request for subsequent labs to substantiate a change were ignored. After a call, a visit and a second call to the physician, my statement to the physician that my gastroenterologist suggested thyroid as the cause of the symptoms provided motivation for the physician to change the medication. My husband and I have both been patients of Dr. Jennifer Landa for several years and are completely satisfied with her services and experience with hormone replacement and wellness. Her office staff are friendly and knowledgeable.Whenever we have a question, Dr. Landa will give us the answer. She doesn’t try to get you on more supplementation than you need, but, as usual everyone is unique and you have to try it out for yourself. I highly recommend her!
