Great first time haircut by Jen. Will come back in the future!
I had an amazing experience with Jennifer and highly recommend her. She is incredibly responsive, very friendly, and truly a people person. I had a 2.5 hour cut plus root touchup, and the time flew by. I never felt bored or rushed. What really stood out was how careful and thoughtful she is. She did two full rounds of cutting, both before and after coloring, and took extra time to make sure my root touchup blended perfectly with my existing color from a previous salon. Jennifer Lam has been my hair stylist for nearly 25 years. She is an outstanding stylist and colorist. She doesn't stop until she's thoroughly checked my hair at the end to make sure everything is right. She and I have seen a lot of changes. My hair has certainly experienced some through the years but she is always able to give me a fantastic hair cut and now a fantastic color to cover my ever greying hair. I highly recommend her!
