We really like Dr. Lai and so does our toddler. As a fellow mom, she’s given me recommendations when I’ve inquired about something. She has great bedside manner and our toddler seems happy during her visits. We moved recently but will continue to go out of the way to visit her for our toddlers checkups.
We are so glad we found Dr. Lai, we have been going to her for several years now. She is super friendly and good with our kids. We are very impressed with how much she pays attention to detail and remembers everything about us. She explains things in an easy to understand way. We just love her.
Dr. Lai listens carefully and seldom makes assumptions. I find her to be thorough, patient, knowledgeable and professional. She takes her time and has a great rapport with our kids. We never feel like just a number. We love her!
She’s absolutely the sweetest and listens to all your Concerns. She also tries to brake down everything as simple as she can so u can understand, if you don’t understand something. She is so patient and works with the baby, to make him feel comfortable. She’s the best.
