Delena and Rhea were incredibly helpful and patient throughout the purchase of my condo, there were some hoops to jump via financing and they were there any time I had a question or concern. I am so glad that I retained Legal Lab for a recent real estate transaction. Both Jennifer (as lawyer) and Rhea (as law clerk) guided me every step of the way, as appropriate, by providing me with advice in a clear and patient manner. They responded to every email and returned all my calls, ultimately deftly completing the deal, without any hiccups-- despite the unforeseen curve-balls thrown our way. The fact the final bill was at least 1/3 cheaper than the previous firm I used was the ultimate cherry on top!
