First and last visit with Vanderbeck. In response to not being a big fan of surgery she suggested I change jobs as if that's something any person can casually do. She then proceeded to suggest every form of treatment that's been tried and tested over the years to no avail. Her beside manner is less than decent, she's very good at listening to herself talk and I wouldn't bother seeing her unless you absolutely want surgery.
Dr. Vanderbeck is an extremely skilled shoulder surgeon. She also spends as much time talking with patients as they require. I demanded detailed information and explanations, and she gave me all I needed. My surgery was complex, and my outcome was perfect. HIGHLY recommended.
