I have been ignored and gaslit by medical professionals my entire life. It is taking me a long time to find medical professionals that I trust and feel comfortable with (I’m still looking in some areas). The first time I met this nurse practitioner I felt so comfortable. She was friendly, easy-going, and very straightforward. She made my condition easy to understand.
