Terrible at best is the care I received from Mitchell. I refuse to call such a person a doctor and it is a shame that one can get one and be so bad. the nurse triage is even worse, when they call after I call they do not even have notes from what I called about and I have to re-explain everything to them again just to be told they will email the doctor and call back the answer and I get a call from the next nurse and have to explain again to them. Very disappointed in the care I recieved. I always feel rushed and dismissed, she leaves the room and sends the nurse in to tell me i can go, when I wasn't even done talking. I very much believe she let her personal feelings and opinions interfere with my care.

Although at each appointment she is attentive and seems caring, I have been failed multiple times by Dr. Mitchell and the medical staff there. They fail to send new prescriptions, prescription refills, order accurate or correct tests/referrals, respond to urgent needs, and recently to provide proper lab tests/antibiotics for a potentially lethal infection. I have been harmed multiple times by this Doctor and staff with extreme pain and difficulty functioning.

Good doctor and friendly staff. Has taken time during each appointment and provided excellent care. Been seeing her for a couple years and would definitely recommend.
