I started seeing Jennifer after being unsuccessful with half a dozen other providers. She is direct & frank in her approach and combined the “why” behind things with the “how” to do them. Without her I’d still be having panic attacks just thinking about the normal things I need to do to get through the day.

Jennifer is an excellent counselor. She was very supportive and helpful. Even though she does offer evening appoints scheduling was sometimes challenging. Because good counselors can be very hard to find she was well worth dealing with the scheduling issues.

I wish I had feedback about the actual provider. I’m sure she’s probably pretty good at her job. Her office staff, however, are not. I was scheduled for an appointment with this provider at the beginning of January. I had to cancel the appointment due to an emergency. I called to cancel and to get it reschedule, left a voicemail. No one ever called me back. I called again a week or two later to see if I could get it rescheduled, left a vm, still no reply. please realize that most people who claim this is a bad place are people who come from domestic violence or drug use. Denial is a strong force. I would think writing a critique during a a time of denial would yield incredibly biased results.
