I would like to talk about two things when it comes to Dr Jennifer LU, the first is her compassionate, caring, professional performance, and the outstanding patient care she gives to each patient. Second, the respect she has for all patients, coworkers and the appreciation she has for both. Dr Lu deserves the Golden Globe award for her excellent patient devoted care.
This Dr. was recommended to my mother for some issues. Her knowledge, bedside manner and in particular her willingness to fight for what is best for her patients on top of her exceptional surgical skills are absolutely incredible. My mom is doing great after her procedure and follow up visits. She went to bat for my mom and I highly recommend her!
Dr. Lu replaced my nerve stimulator last month, a device I have had for nearly 15 years and it works better now than it ever has. She also chose to put the success of my surgery first because while this should have been a quick 20 minute surgery, it took 1.5 hours because of the difficulty of finding the correct nerve for the stimulator to access. I am truly grateful to Dr. Lu and her team. Thanks girls!
Oh I love this woman. Her and her staff are trauma informed snd take care of us so well. I went in for a sensitive survey today and she made me feel so safe. As did the whole crew. I reyusr Dr Lu with my whole heart and I’ll never use another color rectal surgeon. Thank you so much for being so cool and pretty but took the grossest focus lol thank you for helping me stay calm and thank you for proper pain management after surgery. Dr. Lu was proactive in recommending an early colonoscopy at age 40, which led to the removal of a large polyp that was nearing cancerous development. I’m especially grateful for the attentiveness of her entire team. They were consistently responsive and supportive throughout the process. Dr. Lu went above and beyond by personally calling me to discuss my pathology results after I shared concerns about waiting over the weekend.
