Horrible loan agent, unprofessional, ignores calls and messages and an absolute nightmare to deal with. She'll initially be very responsive to questions and concerns, even going as far as assuring you that everything was fine. However, the moment your application runs into any issues, she'll disappear and you'll never hear back from her. Not even my agent was able to get her to respond, at that point.
