I was hesitant to write this review because I don’t write negative reviews. My wife made a second appointment with Dr. Kim. It was understood by the office that a treatment would take place; however, she was so nervous about the procedure. All Dr. Kim was worried about was a consultation payment for her time. She never took the time using good bedside manners in calming my wife and attempting to allay her fears. Jennifer (and her staff) are very responsive responding to my calls. I called recently because I needed my prescription renewed requiring its reauthorization. It was handled expeditiously by Jennifer. I know this because I received a text from this supplier the same day that they received the authorization and were now processing the medication. It is a pleasure dealing with Jennifer and her staff, so much so that I travel over 30 miles to her practice from my home.
I have been using Dr. Kim for years, professional service and excellent patient experience. Always happy with my results!
