I'm writing for my Husband; Jennifer Kern took the time to talk to me and and listened to my complaints, she took blood, advised me on my diet, and when the blood results came back, she prescribed the necessary prescriptions. I have lost 40 lbs following her instructions over the past year and really appreciate the care she took with my health.
I have seen Jennifer Kern, FNP for over a year now. She always takes the time to listen and discuss any concerns I may have.
A week ago my wife went to an urgent care where the doctor there took her symptoms seriously and told her to follow up with her PCP (Kern) which she did today (her first ever visit to this provider) and was completely brushed off. This individual and staff do not care about patients. My wife had her first visit here and all this nurse did was interview her and basically diagnosed here based off of her symptoms.
