The clinic staff is generally nice and responsive, but I found my interactions with the provider frustrating. She may be knowledgeable, but that did not come through clearly in the way information was communicated. Gaslights first instead of listening to patient, won't find the source of the problem nor tailor plans according to patient needs. Also comes in late and puts stress on patient that there isn't enough time when it said she was running on time
By the time I met Jennifer Karnowski, I was desperate - I had been failed by the menopause specialist and multiple OB/GYNs. I have an amazing care team and am a medically complex patient, but I'd been bleeding uncontrollably for months, migraines and body pain were out of control, and I'd been hospitalized with heart problems. None of the previous doctors were doing anything to help me or could offer any good solutions. This was my first visit to her, and she was excellent! She explained everything to me and was very attentive to any concerns. I loved the fact that after we discussed my diagnosis, she was interested in any additional questions I had, and seemed willing to address them even though she was a bit behind. I never felt rushed, and definitely felt heard. I will see her again!
Love the support & communication Dr karnowski is very friendly & shows that I really matter & makes sure Im comfortable & understanding love it & her team as well so great with kids lol thank you guys
