I DO NOT recommend Dr Kang! She has no EMPATHY! Also her Manager Nika Carter is HORRIBLE! I had plenty of questions that I was asking through their portal and their response at the end is that I needed to go somewhere else because I am not planing to follow the plan and I had to many questions back and forth. I was afraid to mess up since I was only given a paper of the plan and even though Dr Kang told me the plan were pills, injections and ultrasounds being involved in infertility; I still had other questions. Super disappointing! Called to establish care with this office as this is the ONLY office for Blue Sheild accepting new patients. You can't just get an annual ob checkup and birth control with private insurance though. Per my conversation with the office gal, once you get a referral from primary care/walk in clinic/urgent care you wait the average of 4 week waiting period to find out if they will accually accept you or not.
