Jennifer James was very caring and was very concerned about my symptoms. She took extra time with me to make sure I felt assured in a few days I would see improvement. Also made a follow up appointment to re check my symptoms. I am Very happy with her.
It is always the same each time I go to the clinic for a blood draw for my afib or for my 6 month checkup.I always get a greeting and a smile when I enter and my appointments are mostly on time.Everyone there that i deal with are great at their job and very pleasant.
My experience with Jennifer James was not a good one. The second i told her why i was there she rolled her eyes and said there was nothing to help my symptoms. She talked down to me . She accused me of being rude impolite and she didn't like my body language. She stormed from the office telling me I could see someone else next time and hoped I would have a good day then changed that by saying have the day you deserve.
