I recently moved to Azle and had to take my daughter for her 4 year check up. The doctor checked her quickly and had a nurse give her vaccines, which did a terrible job. She grabbed my daughter’s legs pulled her really quickly to the edge of the table folded her legs forcefully and gave her the vaccines so quickly that one of the needles looked like it pulled her skin. Literally the worst pedi I’ve been to, saw the physicians assistant but she was so nonchalant and they charged me over $100 for my appt even tho apparently yall aren’t supposed to be charging fees when yall accept Medicaid. Don’t go here.

Horrible place! I had the worst experience. They told me that my newborn was a pound under weight when she was actually a pound over confirmed by the hospital the same day. Office staff was very rude and tried to make me pay out of pocket claiming my insurance wasn’t covered even though it was which took ten minutes to clear up (they acted like that was a problem).
