The fastest home sale i have ever had. Jen knew exactly how to market and get buyers in the door on day one (literally the day it was listed). She did such an amazing job in a time where there are very mediocre realtors. I would highly recommend her without hesitation.

Sadly, it seems that the tumultuous nature of the real estate market has allowed for a lot of murkiness and behind the scenes dealings. Jen was referred to me by a friend and simply put, Jen failed to get our (asking price) offer to the seller. The seller's agent (an apparent friend of Jen's) refused to present our offer/abide by our offer deadline- and Jen did everything in her power to protect & support the seller's agent. Instead of advocating for us, she pressured us to change our terms and bid against ourselves. Working... read more
