I would NEVER come back to this place! There’s a reason it’s so slow on a Saturday! My daughter got me a gift certificate for Christmas to try this place out because we just moved to the area. It took an hour and a half for a BASIC pedi! I also made my appointment for a mani! They FORGOT! When I went to pay I asked if they just had no one to do the mani? I came in for the first time for a hair cut. I wasn’t in need for anything crazy, all I wanted was the split ends removed, hair even and long layers. Richard attended me. I was a bit skeptical but overall I’m super happy. He straightened my hair for an additional fee but I’m not mad at all, since the service I received was under $50. My hair feels and looks healthier. I enjoyed the chat with Richard, he’s amazing! Thank you.
