Saw her a couple years ago I'm on blood thinners and when I called her office to make appoint I asked if it was a consultation because if not I'd need to go off blood thinner, per my heart doctor. When I got there I asked her nurse and again she said it was a consult. When doc came in she said it was to go up into my bladder. I told her what my heart doctor had said. She said she'd do it anyway and I should have left at that point. She was very rude after that!

I had my surgery about 10 years ago and there is not a day that goes by that I am GRATEFUL. Dr Gruenfelder, under the most embarrassing of circumstances, was patient, understanding and kind. I cannot express my gratitude to something that changed my life for the better. And after 10 years, I feel the same way. THANK YOU

My experience with Dr. Gruenfelder was good. However, the doctor was the only one in the office who was not rude. The staff were rude af.

Dr. Jennifer Gruenenfelder completely FAILED to mention that a prescription she had me on—a drug she wanted to keep me on FOR LIFE, is known to cause blindness. For over three years I was under her care and she never mentioned that I should be cautious or to contact her if I noticed any changes in my vision. It was my dermatologist who informed me how dangerous the drug is. Dr Gruenenfelder is definitely not afraid to take on complicated cases like mine. She is attentive, brilliant, honest & thorough. She sincerely cares about her patients. Also, this is a beautiful new building, with wonderful staff & excellent physicians.

She is an excellent, caring, knowledgable physician. She is kind and warm. She did surgery on me with excellent results. Im very careful about who I choose for a dr. I am lucky to have found her. I recommend her to anyone who needs a top quality surgeon and urologist.
