This surgeon completely lacks the skill, care, and professionalism expected from a qualified hand surgeon. Just had surgery yesterday, she was very professional, understanding of my situation, and had the full confidence of those around her. There was a slight miscommunication between the front desk and surgeon team that caused me to be in a few hours early. Once Anastasia came to get me ready, their whole team was helping me to stay calm. Fairly soon they had me in the surgical room and then I woke up in the waiting room. She did a wonderful job fixing my hand, after my dog bite. She even squeezed my surgery in,bas it couldn't wait.
If I could post 0 stars I would! Over a year ago, Dr. graham was very arrogant and condescending when I told her about the pain I have in my hand, saying there was nothing she can do because it’s just swelling, just by glancing and barely touching my hand. Recommended getting acupuncture, told me I’d be called for a follow up. Never happened.
