Towards the end of last year, my husband and I began the process of selling our home in Colorado and buying our new home in Buffalo. Our listing agent was incredible: effective communication, supportive, and genuinely invested in our wellbeing throughout the entire process. The Goetz team is AMAZING!! They are extremely communicative, and you can tell they are experts in their field of work! They assisted with the sale of our house, landing multiple offers well above asking price AND the purchase of our new home resulting in a seamless simultaneous closing. From the start to finish, answered every question and guided us the 1st time home buyers from start to finish and wash away our worries towards every obstacle in our purchase.
