like many other reviewers, I was very immediately suspicious when they tried to take my credit card information over the phone, never having been contacted by them any other way or having been to the office. I think they’re just relying on people not knowing that this is abnormal and being able to charge exorbitant fees. See someone else!! Don’t trust ZocDoc reviews!

While Dr. Geiger is knowledgeable, my overall experience with the office was disappointing. At a follow-up visit, she couldn’t assess whether a treated bump had changed because there was no record from the prior appointment. In another case, I received communication about biopsy results and was told the issue was low risk and not urgent, with flexibility to schedule follow-up months later. Dr Geiger is a top notch clinical and cosmetic dermatologist. I was referred to her by my pcp and she has been fantastic at helping me manage medical issues as well as overall skin appearance. I really appreciate her clear and cordial bedside manner and love her staff.
