BEWARE——We bought a house and Listing Agent Jennifer Gardner agreed to pay for a repair after she didn’t inform her sellers that repairs needed to be done by a licensed professional. They installed duct work with zip ties, didn’t seal anything and didn’t use proper duct work graded for an attic. It fell completely apart.
