I used Exucupay for my small business. They were okay while I was in business; however, I have had nothing but issues since I closed. After closure, I was charged for 2016 w-2s but didn't receive them and customer service is now ignoring me. I have also been informed I was going to be charged to process zero payroll to "maintain" my account. Thankfully, my attached business accounts were closed by the time they decided they wanted to start charging me to do nothing.
