I have been a patient of Dr. Fishel for a number of years. I feel her staff are upfront concerning any charges that may or may not be covered by my insurance. They are always helpful in assisting me with choosing eyeglasses as well. Dr. Fishel utilizes state of the art technology which as a patient is important to me. Dr Fischer is clinically skilled. However, her office is run very poorly. Takes 4 weeks to get your expensive glasses and they still won’t fit properly. Useless to leave a message since no one calls back. Go elsewhere for glasses and pay less!

Absolutely the worst, glasses where made incorrectly twice and asked to get a refund so I could get them elsewhere. Still waiting to get the refund, do not pay the entire bill upfront, you will be disappointed.

The office is a mess, they take forever to see you. If you order product it doesn't come in when they say it will. It takes months instead of weeks. Just very poor communication. I have paid in full for glasses that were ordered 5 weeks ago. Still don't have them and no one will return my calls about them. I was also billed incorrectly per my insurance company. We will never go back. Receptionist is rude and condescending.
