Dr. Ebner has a soft sensitive approach and I always feel cared for after every visit. I never feel too intimidated to come back for my next visit. It’s a truly refreshing experience.
This dentist has a receptionist/ billing person and a hygienist and during a turnover of staff the previous receptionist did not check my insurance, I was told when I came in for my appt and ended up having to pay for the exam and X-rays. Very disappointed and the dr would not even discuss the issue with me at all. The new receptionist would not take responsibility for her mistake and I had to pay for it
Dr. Ebner is an exceptional dentist, and so I am compelled to write another review. And I usually don't do reviews. But she's a better dentist, because she's a better human being. She is not only very skilled (love that she's perfectionistic), she's caring and puts the well being and comfort of patients first. Her staff is also...amazing. So, if you're looking for an exceptional dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Ebner. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed. I've been to dentists now for over 50 years, and she's the best. I went for a check up today and it was my 1st visit with Dr Ebner. The hygienist Ericka was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. The dental chair even gave me a little massage while I was getting my cleaning . Dr Ebnet did a thorough exam and explained my x-rays to me . Thank you team for a great visit .
