I like Jen a lot. I feel like she does do a good job listening and trying to find a solution for you. I gave 4 stars because I used to feel she was the right fit for me but I think that I need a new provider not because she isn’t good at her job or doesn’t care or dedicated the time, cause she does, but to have a fresh perspective on my health.and have someone who hasn’t been treating me for years, that can either be beneficial or not. But overall I think she’s great. And I would recommend her.
Dr. Sheldon is easy to talk to and never seems to be annoyed while serving. I could have went to a closer doctor for my physical, but the last few doctors I've seen seemed rather rude. So it was worth the drive to see Dr. Sheldon who was has always treated me with courtesy.
The office staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Sheldon takes the time to listen and is very thorough.
If you’re into waiting, calling every day to be ignored, and having your prescription run out then this is the place for you.
She is an excellent human being—very empathetic and thorough when assessing your health. Without a doubt, I recommend her.
