Unfortunately, Jennifer does not seem to care much about the wellbeing of her patients. Poor communication, refusal to help when needed, impossible to reach. When trying to obtain help from the office staff, the immediate response was, "do you just want us to cancel your appointment?" at which point I was so shocked at such an unprofessional response that I said yes and that I'd find another doctor. *Also to note, I've been waiting for a CPAP machine for over four months and still no communication on when or if it will ever ... read more
