Accepting new patients…apparently NOT! I received a notice in MyChart regarding my appointment scheduled for Monday 10/21 that was scheduled way back in July that they were canceling my appointment. This would have been my first appointment with Dr. Lobert who was referred to me by my PCP. The message said something about the office closing with no other explanation! Very nice and intelligent doctor
Had an issue at the office today with one of the receptionist about scheduling and once I left a lady called me saying she was an office manager affiliated with that department after I was told there wasn’t one. So i thought things were being handled based on our conversation we were having….Then i was speaking to her on the phone on my drive to get my children and was down by the river at the bottom of a hill and lost service and wasn’t given a contact # and don’t remember her name.
