This has been the worst doctor that my mother has ever had. I have spoken with this doctor on multiple occasion. The last straw is when she ordered a EKG machine for my mother for a month. I asked my mother had she ever said anything about having a heart issue, any shortness of breath, or any challenges with her heart. She said no. So I couldn’t figure why would they give a 69 year old who is not technology friendly a EKG machine with a cellphone to monitor her heart. I have been seeing Dr. Armstrong almost a year. She has been very thorough and quick to give me referrals when needed for specialists. She gave my son and me time to give her our entire histories at the beginning. She is a caring, capable physician.

This doctor didn’t help alleviate my throat infection because she was afraid of a malpractice suit. Her solution was for me to wait in urgent care when I’d been deathly ill for 4 days, with one hospital visit already. Another MD more concerned for her wellbeing in a financial worstcase scenario than her patient. I never write negative reviews for anything. This doctor absolutely sucked. All I needed was antibiotics. Do not see her if you can help it.

Rating this doctor with 1 star is a compliment. She was rude and not helpful. Our visit felt like a waste of time. Bad vibes from her as soon as we met. She was clearly upset prior to our appointment. No advice was given. It would be wise to consider any other doctor except Armstrong.
