Dr. Dersharf (Diamond) has been my doctor for 15+ years. She is awesome and her assistant , Aurora is also great. I recommend Dr. D all the time.
Dr Derzapf is always amazing. She listens to my issue and provides excellent medical care. She allows my input into the care options. She is the reason I have been using this clinic for over 10 years. I have recommended to several people on the past.
Dr Derzapf will really really listen to you and she’s compassionate. She makes it convenient for you to reach her which is what I need in a doctor. She makes sure you are following up with your apptAND most importantly she’s truthful. She educates you about all prescriptions that she prescribesShe gets to know her patients
Dr Diamond is the best doctor on the Planet! Shes so caring and thorough when she listens to you. They also have an app, you can just message her and she will get back to you either the same day or the next. Even when I caught coronavirus, I was scared because I was having these breathing problems. She quickly sent me an inhaler to the pharmacy and it relieved that feeling of not being able to breath. I would not want to trust anyone else to be my primary care doctor!
After I left a review that Dr. Diamond refused to recall in my prescription, after my deductible was met. I got a letter from her stating that she no longer will be my provider, because of breakdown in physician-patient relationship. What a joke and bold LIE. She was apparently not happy that I refused to make an appointment for office visit only to get the previously called in prescription, resubmitted. I’m happy to find a better, and mote ethical provider.
