This was my first time going to Dr. Defauw, and she was very good assisting me with my questions and discussion about my health. I had previous records from Dr. Perry who had left NW Health and Dr. Defauw had taken over as my new GP. She gave me advice on my issues, a prescription to help with one, gave referrals and for my lab work also. A follow up for my one condition in four weeks, so that is good too. Jennifer is incredibly easy to talk with. I highly recommend her as a nurse practitioner. Between her and her staff, I couldn't imagine a better place to go for help. Update: Still the best. An incredibly refreshing experience. It's like talking with a knowledgeable friend. I hold her and her staff in the highest regards. 2nd update 8-4-2025: She exudes the will to help no matter what the problem. I am thankful I found a doctor that truly cares.
