I only recently became a patient of Jennifer's. I was looking for a new primary healthcare provider and I really like nurse practitioners because they are so willing to spend time as well as expertise with you. She was very knowledgeable and willing to listen each time that I saw her. I will continue to have her for my primary care provider. Visiting with her is a pleasure.
Got me in at my appointment time. Excellent service and friendly staff. Also gave me some good tips to try.

This was my first time going to Dr. Defauw, and she was very good assisting me with my questions and discussion about my health. I had previous records from Dr. Perry who had left NW Health and Dr. Defauw had taken over as my new GP. She gave me advice on my issues, a prescription to help with one, gave referrals and for my lab work also. A follow up for my one condition in four weeks, so that is good too.
