I purchased a Groupon for Jennifer Day Spa. Calling to schedule my appointment was no problem. I asked if I needed to show up early to fill out any paperwork, as is the case with any other spa I’ve ever gone to. I was told no, that I just needed to come 5 minutes early. I arrive 20 minutes early. I give the woman behind my desk from phone to take my voucher from Groupon.
