👎A friend and I had a very poor customer experience tonight. The atmosphere was unprofessional to the point of making us uncomfortable. The services purchased were not fulfilled as expected or were not fulfilled as purchased. As example, my gift card included a note that hot stone massage was included but I was told hot stone was extra. Another example was the 60 minute facial was about 30 minutes of facial and 30 minutes of waiting for the mask to dry which is unusually long. Sales pitch should be left for the end not during a massage that’s suppose to be relaxing, also seems like every time you declined their upgrade offer, they massaged you even harder meaning painful. 😡 then at the very end, after I tipped. The front desk lady asked me to pay another $8.00 for taxes. Had two groupons , our appointments were rescheduled twice due to snow storms, promised not no have an issue, when arrived one of the front desk ladies was so rude, didn’t comply with what they promised and gave us 30 min massage instead of 60 I think their massage therapist are not licensed , didn’t have any idea what they were doing, customer service was a chaos and asked me to tip her and to give them a good review....
Bought a Groupon for Valentine’s Day for a couples massage for my boyfriend and I. Had a very nice time everything was wonderful Susan and Nicole did our massages and facials and they did a great job!
I had a good experience with Susan! However they need to stop insisting on purchases of add on packages. I believe one mention is good enough, after that it becomes annoying!
Was professional and clean environment. Everyone was friendly and made the experience great!
