Dr. Jennifer Parker was a true lifesaver during a very frightening time for me. I was experiencing heavy bleeding on a Sunday night and didn’t know what was happening or what to do. Dr. Parker called me back promptly, listened carefully, and scheduled me to be seen first thing the following day. Dr. Munoz was pleasant, professional, & gave a gentle pelvic exam. My only complaint was that the office will not take or return phone calls to discuss questions about test results & prescribed medication. The patient portal & nurse text messages are not a good substitute for a brief phone discussion.
I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received from Dr. Parker during my emergency laparoscopic unilateral salpingectomy. I’ve been seeing Dr. Parker for over a decade. She is extremely professional, understanding, pleasant, and always willing to listen. She did my fibroid surgery as well as my granddaughter. I highly recommend Dr. Parker for gynecology and obstetrics. I can’t say enough positive things about her.
They say they take Medicare, but not all Medicare plans. They also don't notify you of changes to policy until right before your appointment.
I have been a patient of Dr. D since 2016 and she has always been helpful and she listens to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I usually go for my annual visit. I am a senior so I see all ages of adult women go there. It is very refreshing to see. She is a beautiful soul inside and out.
Quick check in, short waiting room time, great stats intake, all questions answered. All staff were kind and efficient. Doctor had answers for all my questions and was happy to take time to make sure I was clear on all the information - didn't feel rushed or discounted.
