Dr. Jennifer Parker was a true lifesaver during a very frightening time for me. I was experiencing heavy bleeding on a Sunday night and didn’t know what was happening or what to do. Dr. Parker called me back promptly, listened carefully, and scheduled me to be seen first thing the following day. Dr. Munoz was pleasant, professional, & gave a gentle pelvic exam. My only complaint was that the office will not take or return phone calls to discuss questions about test results & prescribed medication. The patient portal & nurse text messages are not a good substitute for a brief phone discussion.
