Disrespectful. We accepted for her to reschedule my daughter appointment due to her personal reasons last week and we respected that. But she ran and hid in the other room when she saw us coming into the office 10 min late due to an accident on our way and refused to see us. My daughter was her last patient today and it was a follow up! It would have taken her less time to come out and see us rather than us standing there and rescheduling again with front desk for 10 min . Never going back again. We have been visiting Dr May for a year now and we have found her to be very knowledgeable obviously with her specialty but also in the finer points of medication delivery and timing. We have found her to be great with engaging our little patient while explaining instructions at an appropriate level of detail to us. Would def recommend.
