Jen Copeland was always there to answer questions and support us as first time home buyers. She made the process and navigating all of the language very user friendly and she actively advocated for us throughout the entire process from "just looking" to "we are about to be homeowners." She worked day and night for us and always had us covered, regardless of what time we reached out. Highly recommend her to anyone buying a house in the greater Kalamazoo area, regardless of your home buying experience! Extremely knowledgeable,... read more
Jen is absolutely amazing! As a first-time homebuyer, Jen took the time to walk through everything with us so that we knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. Jen's knowledge is truly outstanding. She is an amazing advocate for the homebuyers and really stood up for us when we needed it. She explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. I cannot express enough how amazing Jen was to work with. If we ever decide to sell the home we bought, we will be using her again and recommending her to everyone i... read more
We recently moved from Michigan to South Carolina. Jen was our realtor on the sale of our home. She met with our buyer in a private showing, really showcased the home, talked about the neighborhood, and all the bells/whistles our home could offer this potential buyer. 24 hours later, she helped write an offer up and gave the buyer a time frame to agree- it worked, and we closed within three weeks! Just in time for our move. I highly recommend her!
We cannot recommend Jen Copeland enough as a realtor! As first-time home buyers, my fiancé and I had so many questions and emotions throughout the process, and she was there for us every step of the way. She made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting, smooth, and manageable. Her communication, patience, knowledge, and genuine care for us never went unnoticed. She always had our best interests in mind and worked so hard to help us find and purchase our first home. We truly felt supported from beginning to ... read more
Jen's knowledge of the market and her experience were the right choice for us in selling our home, but what really stood out were the little things, the extra steps all through the process. That effort was priceless, and it made the difference for us. I highly recommend Jen as your realtor.
