We love Dr. Cohen so much! She always gives us the time we need and we trust her completely! My boys actually like going to visit Dr. Cohen!
We were lucky enough to be able to follow Dr. Cohen from her previous practice as we've been with her since my oldest was born 13 years ago. She's been amazing with all 3 of my children (and of course their parents as well!). My daughter and I went for her well visit to Serenity Pediatrics to see Dr. Cohen and it was a great first visit to the practice. My husband and I arrived with our seven week old son to get his first shots 20 minutes late the office staff turned us away and told us that we had to reschedule they also said that they had no openings that day and we would have to wait an indefinite amount of time we chose to. They were incredibly rude to us and I told her that we made a tremendous effort to get there on time first time but we got lost on our way. I understand they have a patient load but they turned away a child. Unethical.
