Never able to get in to see her. It’s been so long that they now consider me not her patient anymore. I even stopped going for urgent things and instead just go to cvs minute clinic or urgent care as they can actually help in a timely manner. Even when I did still go for needed help I always saw a nurse practitioner and never the doctor. Her office workers are horrendous, rude, and dismissive. I’m in the process of switching to try and find a new doctor that I can actually see without struggling to get in.

I'm a 71 year old male and have been with Dr. Clapper for many years. I have also seen many other physicians during my lifetime. I'm extremely pleased to have Dr. Clapper as my Primary Care Physician.

I have been in Ohio for 38 years. I have finally found my doctor. Dr Clapper is amazing. My first visit was not hurried, she took close to an hour with me! Not only that, when my results were in she called me directly. The only time I have ever had a Dr call me was when my mom was dying. Dr. Clapper is truly a dedicated physician. I will recommend her to all my family and friends.

I like Dr. Clapper but her office staff are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and do not follow through with what they say they're going to do. I scheduled a well appointment over a month ago. During that phone call I requested blood work and they said they'd send the order to the lab. I called the office last week to verify the order had been sent and they said they couldn't check but would fax it anyways.
