Very caring,
I’m having complications from the surgery and was never offered a follow up to ensure my fluid had absorbed. Also the pathway chosen to remove my lump was not discussed with me prior to surgery. Make sure you cover all your bases with this surgeon. Also no authorization was obtained prior to surgery now I’m stuck with a 4K bill. I’m not happy with the service or follow up care.
Jennifer Christman at Novant Health is an excellent surgeon. She listened and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable with her.
I would like to say that Jennifer Christman is a wonderful doctor and person. Very glad to have met her.
