I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. Now in my late 30s after having one child under their care I’m ready to move on. If you look at all the recent reviews you can see a clear pattern of how poorly care, communication, and professionalism have become. It’s so unfortunate. There are pockets of greatness in their staff: some people I will never forget for all the right reasons. I used to recommend this place to everyone and after 20 plus years now I cant wait to be a patient somewhere else. Not sure, what's going on with the level of quality care, it's gone
Never even got to be scheduled. The entire process is a hassle. New clients can't request online, you call and are brushed off to check with your insurance (even though I had a pretty good idea they were in network), called back after taking forever with my insurance to have invasive questions asked that should have nothing to do with making an appointment. My insurance is not through my spouse other than his name and number they do not need his info! Reception would not move past it so I said forget it, if it's like this to... read more
