We interviewed three agents. The first two had memorized their spiel well. Then came Jennifer. Right from the get-go she made a connection with us and our interests. She didn't try to "sell" herself. She WAS herself. We'd not ever used a real estate agent before (even though we are seniors) as we had bought from developers or from owners and had sold ourselves. Utterly unprofessional - buyers beware. We just purchased a 2+ million dollar house where Jennifer Chow represented the buyers. We were absolutely appalled at the state of the house when we moved in. Every single wall is damaged. Most of the floors are damaged.
