My experience with Dr. Chen's practice was exceptional. Everyone was super nice, including the desk staff. Dr. Chen was both thoughtful and professional. While the intake forms go on forever (expected), I could have avoided them if I had done it online ahead of time, so highly recommend doing that.
I can’t recommend Dr. Chen enough. I’ve been seeing her for years, and I truly couldn’t be happier with the care I’ve received. She has such a calming, positive presence that immediately puts you at ease. The best. She’s the best!
It was my first time with Dr. Chen and at the practice. She was so warm and caring from start to finish. She listened to all my concerns, was not rushed and addressed each concern with patience and with thorough explanation. The nurse was super friendly and front desk as well, I was very impressed and left feeling taken care of, I highly recommend Dr Chen!
