I was assigned to Chelsea, the PA. I felt rushed, like I was bothering her by my mere presence. Maybe my insurance isn't good enough? Maybe I looked like someone who doesn't have the funds necessary for serious treatment? Maybe it's because I'm obese? I don't know, but it seemed they did a cursory exam and said "See you back in a year" and then walked out. Super impressed with the high level of experience from Jennifer's staff have. Not going into full details of my skin issue, but the team quickly identify my symptom, and did testing to confirm their hypothesis. Was prescribed medicine and detail directions, I had results in just 3 days time, and looks be all clear here on out. I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone!
The office is very clean and esthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The service was very efficient and thorough. I was in and out in 30 min for a concerning mole. Follow up was great. It was a 5 star experience for me.
