I am new to the area and made an appt for my son with the hope of checking the practice out for myself as they offer cosmetic services. Scheduling was very quick and easy which should have indicated to me that they overbook. Our appt was at 420, we arrived at 412, and waited, and waited, and watched numerous patients get called in for appts that were scheduled after ours. At 5 pm i walked up and said we are leaving. Made an initial appointment with Dr. Caudill and lo and behold I got her PA instead. The PA was extremely impersonal and did not line up an annual return visit nor have I been contacted by anyone in over a year
Staff is friendly that was the first thing I noticed. Dr. Caudill is a great Doctor, answers all your questions, spends the time you need with her. Would highly recommend Dr. Caudill! Diane

Very rushed, took literally 30 seconds to review my entire body for moles, and I have a history of very abnormal moles. My last dermatologist was meticulous and spent at least 5 minutes looking over everything. This doctor treated me like a number and most certainly did not have 1 full minute for me. Also I waited 30 minutes past my appointment, in a cold exam room with only paper covering me. Not a good experience.
Dr Caudill is very personable. She was recommended to me by my mom. I initially went to see her about a strange splinter like problem around my fingernail bed that wouldn’t clear up. Before going to her, I had been seen by a GP Dr that had no idea what it was. Dr Caudill just giving a quick look at my finger said it was a type of wart. Well that was easy! Would have never known myself that a wart would look like small splinters. Treatment she gave immediately cleared it up and with no reoccurrence!
I’ve seen Dr. Caudill for a few years. She’s always kind, knowledgeable, and eager to help with whatever questions or concerns you have. Her and her helpful staff make you feel at ease. Check out her new space which is clean, and inviting. Definitely recommend Dr. Jennifer Caudill!
Dr. Caudill and her team have always made me feel at home! Between getting in for a last minute appointment or helping me while I was away at school, they always found a way. I am grateful to have Dr. Caudill as a doctor. She is quick and right to the point, she does not waste your time and is very fun and energetic. I always leave my appointments feeling energized! Dr. Kado is just as wonderful and is an amazing addition to the practice!
