I was a new patient to the office. I Called the office to let them know I was in the hospital for salmonella poison. I was discharge from the hospital and need to see a PCP (primary doctor). first of all the nurse or MA (medical assistant)was rude. I tried to explain what happen she cut me off and said just yes or no.then the doctor came in and told me she only had 15 mins to eval me. after all that she said she couldn't fill out my short term disability form and to come back next year..no mannerism

I saw her for years but when I got really really sick and showed a list of symptoms I was told it was all anxiety and being a woman. I asked for a Lyme test, she laughed, rolled her eyes and said I didn’t have Lyme. I got no help for my symptoms and 5 years later, finally found a doctor in Orlando who would test me for Lyme. I was listened to, got a proper diagnosis of 11 viruses and bacterial infections using standard Quest labs including Lyme. The Dr in error coded my December visit incorrectly. After calls to office I was told thr only person who could help was operations director. More than 4 calls and no call back. Don’t trust them.

Where is she??? Why she don't speak with me? I am very disappointed of Dr Jennifer Capezzutti. There is 0 communication. She send the nurse to call me, regarding about my health problems, and she even talk to me in a video conversation.

Awful. The dr would not even have the decency see me once I arrived at the office. since I requested medications that my other dr in a different state gave me. I was told by the mgr here that my medications are very common and she couldn’t believe I was treated like this. I was there for a physical. Jennifer Cappuzutti is just the opposite of a caring doctor. Please don’t go to her.

RUDE..... my first visit was a turn off. I called ahead of time to let the office know I was going to be late due to a freight train. When I got there I was taken to the back and you hear Dr. Capezutti. Why is she here? Isn't she late? I don't have time for this. I'm not in the mood.... Then comes in the room I will see you this time but no one in the office will see you if you're late.....

I really liked Dr Cappezuti everyone in this office was very professional and welcoming..i just wish they told me they were closing this office...I dont know if Dr Cappezuti moved to another location as no one has told me anything...i am so disappointed her office is closed.

I am always impressed with this office. I NEVER have to wait more than a few minutes to be seen. Dr. Capezzuti listens to my concerns and does not treat me as though I just need attention, like several other doctors have done. She got to the bottom of two serious issues that other doctors ignored and always gives me her undivided attention and time. Her staff is great, it's a well oiled machine from making the appointment to being seen in a timely manner when I come to my appointment. My time is obviously respected and Dr. C... read more
