HORRIBLE!!!! she is now flat out refusing to fix my teeth all because i want a permanent fix not a band aid. she even went as far as to schedule me an appt then after sitting there for 20 min she canceled. absolutely horrible!!!!
This woman has control issues. If you dare to politely decline even a part of her prescribed treatment, she will attack you personally and refuse to treat you in ANY capacity. Completely unprofessional and beyond condescending.
Dr. Callans has been my dentist for nearly four years now. She is extremely skilled, caring, and responsive to patient needs. Her work is amazing and she is also quick and efficient. Dr. Callans works well with her staff members and I am always able to get in to see her within a reasonable amount of time. I have had one urgent visit and her office worked me in within the day. I was out and ready to go in one hour.
