Jennifer Swan performed a routine procedure on my left foot in 2009 while she was employed at the Huber Heights, Ohio Advanced Foot and Ankle Care. After a few weeks of my cast being off, my toes overlapped and I couldn’t walk right on my foot. It was in worse condition than before the surgery! I went in for an evaluation by another podiatrist, Daniel Kean of Centerville, Ohio, and he said the condition of my foot was “unacceptable”.
