As far as Dr Rovella, she is excellent. She saved my mother’s life. I gave the 3 star rating because of the staff. One of the staff decided to cancel an appointment because a CT scan, which was optional, wasn’t done and they won’t have anything to talk about. What gives an employee right to decide if someone needs an appointment or not. They don’t know what else is going in one life to cancel an appointment.
