Very disappointed with my experience trying to schedule an appointment. I called around 4:10 PM to confirm whether my insurance was accepted. The front desk could not answer the question and transferred me to billing, where they quickly confirmed that my insurance was accepted. Even the billing representative seemed confused as to why the front desk could not verify this information.
