I had an accident with my knee and had been to the ER. I was looking for more information and sent a message to Dr. Charron's team, not expecting a reply right away because the web page said it could be a couple days. Which would have been ok. I was so surprised and pleased to be contacted RIGHT AWAY for an appointment the NEXT DAY! I felt so well cared for. Thank you.
Dr Charron is an excellent doctor that I've seen for several years. We have successful tackled several issues. I especially like to send questions in through MyChart as things come up. They are always answered in a timely manner. Can't say enough good things about Dr Charron.
